1.SUFFICIENT SLEEP
Scientific research makes clear that sleep is essential at any age. Sleep powers the mind, restores the body, and fortifies virtually every system in the body. Babies, young children, and teens need even more sleep to enable their growth and development. People over 65 should also get 7 to 8 hours per night.

Drinking two glasses of water early in the morning helps us  to boost metabolism of our body.Drink water before you go to clean your teeth.
5.Never skip breakfast -
 Skipping breakfast may put you on the fast track to weight gain, heart disease, osteoporosis, irritability or mood swings, menstrual irregularity, low energy levels, low memory and hormonal stress. So if you want to be healthy , try making a habit of breakfast regularly.
